Cherry Creek Sears Demolition Makes Way for New Development

Credit: 9NEWS
The 1950s-era Sears store in Cherry Creek is being demolished to make way for Cherry Lane, a new luxury mixed-use development that will transform this corner of the neighborhood.
Denver-based BMC Investments, partnering with L.A.'s Prism Places and Invesco Real Estate, secured financing earlier this year for the project at 1st Avenue and Clayton Lane. The development will also include demolishing the former Crate & Barrel building on the site.
The Cherry Lane project, located next to the Cherry Creek Whole Foods, will feature multi-family residential units and pedestrian-oriented retail spaces. This continues Cherry Creek's evolution as one of Denver's premier shopping and residential districts.
Luxury Home in Ken-Caryl Ranch

The ongoing project highlights Ken-Caryl Ranch's appeal, combining natural beauty with convenient access to Denver's amenities.
Whether you're drawn by the elegant designs or the tranquil surroundings, these homes promise a blend of comfort and prestige.

Pig & Tiger Brings Taiwanese Cuisine to Five Points
Chefs Darren Chang and Travis Masar are moving their popular Pig & Tiger restaurant from Boulder's Avanti food hall to a full brick-and-mortar location in Denver's Five Points this summer.
